1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the 24/7 Dispatch service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service. These terms apply to all clients, visitors, and users of the 24/7 Dispatch platform.

2. Description of Service

24/7 Dispatch provides AI-powered voice receptionist services for service businesses. This includes inbound call handling, lead qualification, appointment booking, and call routing — delivered through a customized AI agent built and managed by Humanized AI.

3. Subscription and Payment

• •Service is billed monthly at the agreed plan rate, starting at $497/month.
• •Payments are processed automatically on your billing date each month.
• •We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new clients. If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days, contact us for a full refund.
• •You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• •We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days written notice.

4. Client Responsibilities

• •You are responsible for providing accurate business information used to configure your AI agent.
• •You must comply with all applicable laws regarding call recording in your jurisdiction, including notifying callers when required.
• •You agree not to use the service for any unlawful, harmful, or deceptive purposes.
• •You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

5. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the 24/7 Dispatch service. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages, or unforeseen technical issues may occasionally affect availability. We will communicate planned downtime in advance where possible.

6. AI Agent Performance

While we build and tune your AI agent to perform accurately, we cannot guarantee that all calls will be handled perfectly. AI systems may make errors, misunderstand callers, or fail to escalate calls appropriately in some cases. You agree to maintain reasonable human oversight and to notify us promptly of any performance issues.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, systems, branding, and technology underlying the 24/7 Dispatch service are the property of Humanized AI. Custom AI configurations built for your business remain the property of Humanized AI but are licensed to you for use during your active subscription.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the service relationship. This includes your business processes, customer data, and any non-public information shared with us during onboarding or ongoing management.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Humanized AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid in the three months prior to the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or use the service in a way that harms others. Upon termination, your access to the service will end at the close of your current billing period.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the service. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
